Our Vermont Roots

Rooted in Vermont, crafted by hand.

Harvest & Honey began with two sisters and a shared love for the slow, intentional art of food preservation.

Our journey started in a small kitchen, simmering local fruits and raw honey into jars that captured the essence of the Vermont seasons. We believe that food should tell a story of the land, which is why we work directly with local apiaries and growers to source the finest ingredients.

From our signature hot sauces to our seasonal jams, every product is made using old-world techniques. We avoid shortcuts, preferring the patience of open-kettle cooking to ensure the depth of flavor that only comes from small-batch production.
